After getting home I looked and can't find any indication there is any sort of recall on the LG V20. My phone was dead or i would have googled it on the spot. I asked if there was anywhere else nearby that has batteries for them and he re-iterated that there was a recall on the phone and there was a problem with the charging chip, not the batteries. He said that there was a recall on the phone and they can't get a battery for them. The sales associate came out and I asked if they had a battery for an LG V20. I was referred by best buy to them because i was finally fed up with the weak battery in my phone and they don't sell batteries. Justinīased on my first(and probably only) experience with this store it seems like a bad joke. In conclusion, My iPhone is now potentially salvageable, thanks to 2 employees take pride/integrity in their work. gurus until they got their hands on a repair kit.- Went into my settings and launched a secondary home button allowing me to navigate to my home screen. (Especially with customers having little to no experience regarding the inner workings of a cellular device).-While I did receive mostly bad news about my iPhone, they went the extra mile by reaching out to other tech. Using terms I could easily understand, they explained the reasoning for my failing phone components.-Never once attempted to take advantage of my situation by using upscale tactics like most employees would do. Shot me straight from the start without trying to confuse me with tech. *(My home button being the issue).*-Thorough examination at no charge. Prompt service, immediately began to troubleshoot my iPhone 6splus within 5 minutes of me walking in.
